The changes seem somewhat minimalistic (for better or worse). They look like steps in the right direction though.
I was still sort of hoping for something to shake up infantry combat because right now it seems pretty far from 'realistic' (for WW2...casualty rates seem closer to WW1). Even just removal of the 'moving' penalty could have been worth a try.
It’s also interesting that the divisions that were widely touted as the ‘best’ and ‘worst’ received minimal or no direct adjustments (15th and 91st). Again, not necessarily ‘bad’ and other circumstance might have changed which address some of the problems but as above, I was hoping for something a bit more concrete.
In any case, these changes look positive and I guess it’s time to see how they affect the overall gameplay.
