Scroll Wheel Issues

I have DW, and my scroll wheel responds very slow. For example, if I use my scroll wheel to zoom in or zoom out is sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. Same if I am scrolling through my list of advisers. While if I manually scroll through my advisers or press the zoom in or zoom out buttons it is smooth. I thought maybe it was my mouse, but I have no issues outside of the game. I just installed this on Windows 8, could that have something to do with it?

Double check your Options -> Controls for zoom and scroll speed. Try increasing those settings and see if they help.

I did that, still same issue. I tried CKII and everything works fine, it just seems to be EUIII

Go to settings.txt under your EU3 folder. Make sure the scroll speed and zoom speed are set to 50.000000. If they're already at 50, you might need to increase it.
