Scroll using map edges stopped in bottom right by unit description.

Have a problem where I have enabled "use the edges of the screen" to move the map instead of the arrow keys.
The bottom right unit description stops movement making one corner useless. Red Dragon worked fine as I recall.

Also is their a way to use the middle mouse button to move the camera angle to the horizon when zoomed out? I seem to be stuck looking down at a sharper angle than I would like.

This is very annoying indeed, it makes the map scroll tedious. One temporary solution is decreasing the HUD size, but that only makes the problem a bit easier to handle. Will this be fixed?

The top right happens as well. No corner scroll.
