Small typo in the factory workforce screenie: Should be 'where', not 'were'

It looks awesome! The only thing I suspect may happen is the Civ3 tech trade effect... in Civ3, the more players you had, the faster would you reach the modern tech levels because the AI would sell its tech advances for virtually nothing, and you could sell any advance to anyone. This made the technological progress totally unpredictable... sometimes you reached tanks and airplanes by 900AD, sometimes only by 1800AD. In the Vicky environment with about a dozen countries pioneering new research areas, I hope this doesn't happen. Or we might see a totally different pace of progress, depending on who happens to trade his techs with whom.

Cool, it looks like you can have the upper classes be a different ethnic group than the lower classes... this could simulate some interesting activities, ESPECIALLY in colonies.

Negotiation screen looks good too, a ton of options. Only problem is making sure those options are used sensibly by the overwhelmed AI!
