Now that I look at the mini map closely, there are two things which simply overwhelmed me: England seems to have a "leg" going in south-east direction, nearly touching the normandie. But more crazy is the mediterranian. It seems as if the middle east and north africa both touch each other. I know some maps from medieval times, but none of them showed such crazy silhouettes

Unless there's land beyond that...mecca is closer to the southern part of Middle East. Even with such a distorted map, I can tell there's not much of a Red Sea.

Just to make sure, i did some work with it on my computer and it doesn't look like Mecca is anywhere close to it, nor is there any way to scroll that I see.

You guys might have noticed the shape of Africa and the Middle East aren't looking right. So I think it's a kind of Middle Age perception of the world, so Mecca could be in it anyway...

Please tell if I'm telling nonsense...

Never thought of that. You hust might be right. Although the Denmark/Sweden part of the map looks pretty realistic.

It is a minimap of course..was just hoping you couldnt say fit ALL of the game screen on there. Maybe just a tad to the southeast..

At least its my hope..but personally if mecca/medina didnt make it I won't really cry as I like to focus on the positive.
