Yeah, I'm wondering that too. The easy way out would be just one flag for the whole period, perhaps one from the 1850s or 60s. I doubt they'd have all 20 or so flags from this period, but flags that change as the US player expands; that'd be cool.

to HMBob: true, that would be cool and it would, maybe, allow for alternates in which the US doesn't reach the historical number of states.
P.S. don't know if anyone noticed the harbours: they're at the coast now

Image compression seems to be a bit off in all the pictures, perhaps that is what makes it so hard to read.
It's hard to tell this early on how indepth the tech system is just based on one picture, I would love to hear more about it. I'm really hoping Victoria is at least on par with the level of depth the HOI tree was, I really thought that was one of its best features. Will be interesting to see more about this.

In screen 3 we can see a small instalation and a building like a forteress. To my mind in other screenshots the type of view (political or economical..) doesn't permit to see cities...

Yeah, it is and ... the political division goes beyond the "estados", as I can see the south with rio grande do sul, santa catarina and parana divided in several smaller entities .. Yey!
