Im a bit curious as to why city names names are used instead of regional names. With one key exception the cities in Italy seem to track the regional boundaries pretty well. The big exception is Emilia-Romagna, which seems to be covered by La Spezia, Parma, and Bologna. The location of Parma on the map is very weird as in real life the city is to the east of center. Maybe Ferrarra would be better - the Italians could still get their ham from Bologna! :)

It looks cool Patric.:) In addition to jumping on the Pacific
screenshot bandwagon, I'd like to make a request that the next
shot be of the political map mode (or whatever it is called in
HoI);). I am curious to see how occupied territory is displayed. It
would be cool if your nation's boundaries were solid color and
territory you controlled was crosshatched/lined/etc. with your
color.:)

A little slicker than in the picture below (imagining the lined areas
are occupied territory)....but...the same concept. I would like to
see the borders of territory I control accurately
represented....not....have to wait until after the peace treaty:)

I'm happy to see Italy! :) But, as Keynes has said, the Northern Central Italy is a bit a mess! :D For example Parma province shall be renamed Bologna. Bologna instead shall be called Firenze, and Firenze may be called Siena. Genoa has a wrong name (Hartmann!!!! :p ;) ), the Italian name is Genova. Now a question about Rijeka (Italian name: Fiume): it was Italian untill the peace of Paris (1947), so, why is it in Yugoslavia (I think it will be in Yugoslavia because of the Slav name and because if that province will be Italian, the Italo-Yugoslav border will be very deformed)?
I see there is the Ticino river between Torino and Milano provinces. I've this suggestion: why don't add a river between Milano and Venezia to simualte the Garda lake and the Mincio river? The Mincio and the Ticino are both small rivers, but the Garda lake is a big obstacle, and a bit east of it there is the Adige river, that is the 2nd Italian river.
Thank you for your work! :)
