Just purchased a new laptop after my old one finally crapped the bed. Normally I would just check the settings in my old laptop to answer my own question, but I can't get it to boot up. Anyway, here's my dilemma:
Although I had no issues with the screen resolution and display of the game in my old laptop (widescreen), I cannot get the game to display in the entire width of the screen of the new laptop (again, widescreen), without setting the resolution of my laptop at its lowest setting, then matching that setting in the DH launcher. If I don't do it this way and try to play the game at higher resolutions, it only displays in the center of the screen in a square shape, and doesn't use the entire screen.
I'm sure there's a better way to do this, I just haven't figured out how. Is there an optimum screen resolution to get the game to display using the entire screen?
