I want a quick answer on this since the search function is disabled: Some time ago I saw an independent program which let you set EU2 to any supported sceen resolution or something similar (a tool not supported by Paradox). Does anybody have a link to this? My laptop's screen looks best in 1280x800... 1024x768 gets skewed here.

EDIT: Never mind, found it myself.
