Scotland is a Country - Svalbard, is not!

Svalbard is a group of Norwegian Islands, with a population of less than 3,000.

Scotland is a Country, with a population of around 5½ Million.

So, why is Svalbard an acceptable Country selection when signing up for an account, whereas Scotland is not?

It's probably to do with shipping costs, as that's the account used for purchases from Paradox when they used to have merchandise. All the non-countries on that list seem to be island groups or other overseas territories.

Yet the Scottish islands (Skye, Orkney, Shetland etc) and Highlands are particularly hard to get to. Many companies such as Amazon do state this in their shipping costs and usually do charge extra for it. Though I don't think Paradox does this?
