I am a little disillusioned. I created a suburb where sims could only get from housing to commercial via a city park. They could only get to the schools via the park as well.
I had 2 cims using the park but the schools were 60%full? It must be that students are distributed to all schools in the city more or less evenly? No requirement to travel there?
Any thought on how to make it more realistic?
