At the moment, schemes are very, very simplistic. Running them is really just trying to get to the end goal... a romance, +25 opinion, a murder, a hook. There's not a whole lot of flavour / variation.

For the Sway scheme, you'll probably pay some gold to some peasants to say nice things, or you'll say they are the most elegant person you've ever seen.

For the Romance scheme (which is the worst one, in my opinion), you always end up climbing a tower to stop a murderer (?).

Relationships should be the heart of Crusader Kings III, and in order to emphasise that aspect, we need to inject a lot more depth into these dynamics.

My suggestion is that these schemes should be far more dependent on things like traits and rank.

Trying to Befriend one of your Knights should involve things like sparring, training one-on-one with them, maybe drinking at the tavern afterwards. Trying to Befriend a vassal might be a personal visit, a discussion with them about the ruling of their realm, potentially offering a more favourable contract.

Likewise, Seducing / Romancing a Sadistic character should be different to a Compassionate character. It should FEEL different. Each Friendship / Rivalry / Romance should feel at least semi-unique.
