Will there be a section to post scenarios like there was for EU? I'd be interested in having this, as, I'm sure, would many others.

Yes there will. For now there is a Scenarios and Modification Forum but I am sure you know that.
There is going to be an upgrade to the Server ( you have probably noticed the drop in speed lately). once that is done we can get the Birthdate list, whose on list etc back and the search engine sorted.
Then, because HOI is made to be modified etc, I am sure there will be an upload/download place for custom scenarios

I see the forums now. I've been a little distrated from teh boards lately. You know, I got a new game and all.
