Scenarios consistency

I have finished to check the core between the scenario 1419, the scenario 1520 and the events.
You can find the result in this Excel file. You have 3 sheets :
- "comparaison 1419-1520" checks the difference between the 2 scenarios
- "addcore-removecore" lists all the events with these 2 commands
- "conclusion 1520" is my conclusions to apply to the scenario 1520

I have made all the changes that I propose in "conclusion 1520" and send them to Yodamaster.
Of course, I can be wrong, so don't hesitate if you see an error.

I made corresponding changes for cores in 1520 scenario.
I kept AZT Aztec Empire Delete 29_Tlaxcala, 30_Atlixco, 31_Tehuantepec (No event), Add 28_Tampico.

There is a consistency problem between revolt.txt and setup in 1419 (and now 1520) for Nubia (SUD) => 750 and 751 are in minimum of revolt.txt but not in setup.

Navarre (NAV) is in province 425_Béarn in 1520 and not in province 428_Navarra as in 1419 => what does represent Navarre in 1520? Should country be at the same place as in 1419, shouldn't it?
No change until conclusion.

Mu Bang (TAU) starts in province 1548 (alone) and is in provinces 1545 + 1546 (capital) in 1520. I don't know why it is like this in 1520...

Are all tax collectors upgraded to baliffs in the 1520 and 1648 scenarios?

Any luck with the Austrian CoA discussion, by the way? I think the best course of action would be the red/white/red shield, then that with the Lorraine cross and Habsburg lion when you get to Maria Teresa and the Lorraine branch, etc.

Also, regarding consistency: I think Plantagenet should be Plantagenét. My final note is that if you're aiming to be correct, you should have Philip & Mary and William & Mary as joint monarchs, with William ruling alone after the death of the latter Mary. So, you'd have seperate monarchs for Mary, then Philip & Mary, then William & Mary, then William. Hope that makes sense.

It just makes sense because neither of the pairs were consorts, but regnants. Of course, I'll leave that up to your chaps!

Did you made others changes in the 1520's files ?
If not, I will add the baillif in all provinces.

NB : Should we add bailiff to all province, even african/american/asian province ?
 
I have finished with the bailiff and courthouse in the scenario 1520.
Now I'm checking the events for the manufactories and add eventually it in the scenario 1520.
When the event give a random province for the manufactory, I will choose the better province in first (eg:sugar or wine for refinery) and the capital in second.

I wonder if perhaps these countries should have infra level 1. I can't see why for the most part that they'd be behind.
 
I'm working on the cores in the scenario 1648. When checking, I realized that I've made some errors in the corrections in the scenario 1520. It is just somme little adjustments most of the time, except for Mughal Empire.
In the scenario 1520, Mughal has a lot of core :
539 540 542 543 544 545 546 552 553 1520 1521 1522 1523 1524 1525 1526 1527 1528 1531 1591 1592

But in revolt.txt, Mughals has only 542 543 544.

Is it normal that Mughals has so few core in revolt.txt ?
 
I don't know the reason why but imho:

in 1520 scenario

But there is no event for France to inherit NAV with Henri IV...

Two options:
1) script a move of Navarre to Bearn with capital here and secede all SPA core provinces to Spain with 285042 => only possible if NAV owns Béarn province or if Foix is still alive and becomes NAV (and being sure action_a was chosen in BEA_351007).
Next, create a new event for France to inherit NAV with Henri becoming king of France as Henri IV.

2) No NAV in 1520 scenario...

Any idea?
