I am surprised that the winning of each of the five scenarios in "Natural Disasters" was not made an achievement. Or if they wanted to be tough, one achievement for all five (other than in-game being able to get the Sparkly Rainbow Unicorn Park, and Doomsday Vault monument). Or both.
Also, all of the monuments except "Doomsday Vault" have achievements.
Supposed to be scenarios in "Mass Transit" as well, but it doesn't look like any of the achievements are for those either.
