My scenario end dates show up correctly in the menu, but do not work right in practice. If I select the longest option (1952) it actually starts the scenario with an end date of 1963 when I start a CORE game. I have added some graphics and such, but I've changed nothing in the core folder itself (and I've tried reinstalling a few times).. This is for Armageddon with the 1.3 b2 patch.

I've also tried edited the scenario files to change the end date, but that doesn't work either.

Any ideas?

It's an issue with how the game engine sets the end date, and not necessarily reading what we have set-up in the CORE files. You will need to look (IIRC) in the config-eu file (in the main vanilla folder, not the mod-core sub-folder) to see what end date the game has selected. One option is to save a copy of the config file in the mod-core subfolder, which you can then edit accordingly.

Thanks HistoryMan (fantastic mod by the way.... LOVE it... can't wait until the AoD version is fully baked).

I don't even have a config.eu file in my armageddon folder... I wonder if that's because I've never launched the vanilla game... only CORE.

I tried copying your config.eu into my root arma folder... no dice. Thanks for the tip... I'll keep messing around with it.
