But it's easy to make one just using notepad though.

No scenario editor?! Damnit!!
Paradox could of made a nice graphical scenario editor which has the full map and clicking on a province brings up settings for it (defind owner, population, buildings, etc). I was hoping for something like that so make it simple for those of us who don't want to spend hours messing with CODE! Code you can't see as you're working on it, whereas in an editor you could visually see what provinces you've marked for nations and such.

Wordpad is aweful...
If you make even one typo you'll feel like throwing your comp the window. I really thought there was gonna be a editor since all the betazoids were like "can't comment cuz of nda" etc...

Well sorry, we tried not to dissappoint you ppl too hard... But really on SF said there would be one... And only they talked about spies and sabotage... NONE of these features was ever in
Usually I'm a vi fanatic, but since this is windows, I use NotePad. You can see 'code' when you're working on it '.

IIRC the only one who ever even talked about scenario editor was Strategy First, Paradox just made all the files very easy to edit. And i do mean VERY.
... at one stage Johan even said, "What Scenario Editor?". A search should bring that post up. (Unless it was in the beta forums)

Well, some very nice people set up a couple of scenario editors for EU1, gotta wait for the community to make one, it seems. Sadly I can't code, since I would contribute.
Well, I can always make one in QBASIC if you wish
