Scenario Editor wont show normally

Hello. My problem is linked with ScenarioEditor.
It show only map without any interface. This problem makes editor useless.

Im running Win7 and game is v1.07 Polish Version.
Drivers are up to date. Game by itself work good.

Did the scenario editor work for you before or did you change something and it stopped working?

Did you try to run it in Windows XP compatibility mod? Did you try to run it as a administrator?

It run good before i moved on Win7. I haved Vista before. Tried also compatibility mode with vista but not helped.

P.S. When i make SS it show gui without map but i see (with my eyes) only map without gui.

Did you try updating EU2 to version 1.09?

Updating also doesnt work. I alerdy take it to work. Just downloaded another language Europa Universalis 2 and run Scenario editor. Now my orginal Polish version works fine
