Scenario Editor with Mod Launcher

Two questions about the scenario editor with Mod Launcher/MyMAP

1. Since I downloaded mod launcher I can't open the scenario editor. Does anyone know how to start it? I know it is pretty crapy but still

2. I can't use the scenario editor on MyMAP right?

Is it on someway moddable to make MyMAP work with the Scenario Editor? It would make all that job where you write in which provinces owned by which countries easier

There's no way to make the Scenario Editor work properly, whether with MyMap or without it. It's a broken utility and will never be fixed.

What is AGCEEP? I know it is Alternative Grand Campaign and Event ( Emprovment ? ) Pack but what is it? It seems like a big other thing?
