Scenario editor problem...

I don't know how to use the whole thing (except for editing provinces, increasing DI and manpower but...)!
I want to change Tannu tuva as soviet national province, and remove it from Comintern.

Could someone give me it's province number so I could do it manually (like on my not-famous EU2 mini-mod that brings HRE in game. no one knows of it so let it be.)?
Or how I can do it thru editor?

In Hearts of Iron\db\, open province-file. their you search for the province you want and on the left side you find the province #

hit the F12 key to pull down the console, type in showid, place the cursor over the province and its number will be in the lower right coner of your screen..
