Scandinavia, just a color?

I am personally in favour of changing the color of Scandinavia and the flag. It is horrible. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE (burn with fire)

Given that I'm bound to watch the map for a good share of hours, I sometimes just pick a nation for its color. Well, perhaps it's just me...

Color. Yes. Horrible.

Flag, well, that is a flag that was "commissioned" when there was a very close possibility that the Union would merge the countries. It was only a prototype and suggested colors, and it never went through, but it is what flag such a nation would have had if it had come to effect during this time period.
