i played as romania, fought quite long against ussr and its allies. after saving i had very large part of ussr occupied. when i loaded game ussr was restored in all its provinces (the ones i took). it may be connected with having white peace with mongolia (allied with ussr) just minutes before saving. i`m sure i didn`t agree for peace with ussr.

second bug is a little bit funy - there is even 30th of february :) i`m not sure of this, a friend told me so and i always forget to check it.

From my experience it seems that whenever you control a province of a nation that you are not at a state of war with it will reverte to it's owners control on reload and on some diplomatic actions. This can be problematic if you save and reload or crash in the middle of a campaign, because your units may be deep within a nations territory and lose thier strength(because they are out of supply) before they can return. I also believe that if you recapture an allies province it will return to thier control automatically.

This is true, as in EU2 all months have 30 days, so the year is techincally 5 days short. If it bothers you too much you can think of the missing days as holidays, or days your units have to rest, or days they took a wrong turn in their movements, or days when it stormed too bad to move, and so on...

i`m 100% sure i still was at war with ussr. i made peace only with one of its allies (mongolia).
