Saved Custom Nation Turns to D00 After Game Restart

Hello,

I've been trying to create a custom nation in Northern France known as Paris, every time I restart my game and click on the save it puts me in a world full of T.I. and when I use the console to remove the T.I. it shows my nation as D00 which isn't even a nation just a basic shell with no ruler, no troops, no options for diplomatic relations, and just the land which I owned at one point. How can I solve this problem? I have already re downloaded the game.

Note: I use Extended Timeline Mod but I have also re downloaded that and tried this custom nation with out it.

Not a tech support issue so moved to main forum. If the community agrees it's likely to be a bug, post in Bug Reports please.

Met the same issue in 2022. Could please post a link to the new thread "in the main forum"? I'm new here, and I assume the 'main forum' is kind of big, so a link would be of great health, thanks.

I see. Meaning that since 2016 no fix has been found for this problem? Sad news.

Are you also using extended timeline mod like the original commenter was?
