Save message settings

After my steam game automatically updated to version 1.08 i noticed that i have wrong checksum, and the game keeps crashing after starting my old 1.07 game.
So i decided to reinstall the application, i only wonder, which file do i need to copy to keep my message settings, because i don't want to lose them?

Its in my documents -> paradox interactive -> crusader kings ii -> interface. There should be a file named messagetypes_custom.txt. That keeps track of the message settings.

Actually, i still have the wrong number code, and my game keeps crashing.
What else can i do?
