Save game name

In the German Version 1.07 there is a problem when you try to play TUR and save your game. The suggestion is "Osman. Reich_Mai_1421", but in fact, because of the ".", it is only saved as "Osman". The problem could be solved by changing the standard to "Osman Reich_Mai_1421".

There is the same problem in the italian version always with TUR.
"Imp. ottomano" can be changed in Ottomani to eliminate that "."
