Save game keeps crashing help

Alright so I'm playing as Byzantium, And I've had a really great game so far. I've managed, And to almost completely kick out the Ottomans from the Balkans, and Establish a minor foothold in Anatolia but (I'm playing this on Ironman btw with no in-game saves I always exit the game first) my game keeps Crashing on January 1 1503 is there any way that I can fix this without losing my epic campaign

Check if there are any mods causing that.
I use a bunch of them and once I've discovered the culprit, I unsubbed it and the game worked as intended.
