Save Converter gets "Microsoft Visual C++" when exporting

Hi!

I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error when exporting a save to EU4, but the funny thing is it happens only i one particular save, the one I actually want to continue in EU4, of course.
Ive tried other saves and they work fine. Ive reinstalled the Visual C++ and updated Windows but it doesnt help.

Any ideas in what can it be? is the save corrupted and can it be fixed?

Most likely it is corrupted, yes. You might open it up in notepad or notepad++ and see if it looks like your other ones.

Uncorrupting a file is like unscrambling an egg ... however you could ask over in User Mods, they're more skilled at detecting problems in save files.

You know, apparently it works now!

I tried quicksaving and then loading that one, and then it exported it with no problem. It didnt work when I saved it with diferent names but it does now with quicksaves. Go figure, the egg unscrambled itself xD
