Your best bet would be to show up a bit before gametime and see how it goes, see what the others say though.
If the time slot is Saturday American EST time than I can definately make it perm.

I was going to suggest Japan. Asia looks like it may get interesting(see Korea Prop in dip thread) and I believe Japan has been untouched so far. Not sure if they have civilized yet, but at 1871 they will be getting strong with Meiji soon.

sent you the fixed version. you will notice that you are minus 1 leader, specifically 2nd corps in Haute Plateau. You will also find that you are plus 10 leadership points. That was what I had to do to fix the critical error in the file.
