Where can I find information on satisfaction and how a citizen got his value? Is there a possibility to see an overview of all planetary statuses and how they are formed?

I can be wrong, but go to the planet, then go to where the population is working. Click on say "workers" and then hover over each worker. I believe it says there. I can be wrong since I keep forgetting to check myself.

Looks like I am wrong. Either thinking old edition, or PC version. I have tried looking and I can't find it now.
