At the end of January of this year, I asked about divided cities with different infrastructure and different methods of governance in the same boundaries. There were three pre-made maps that are ideal for it, one of which had the best highway system that posed a challenge. The name of the city is Sapphire Rapids. Both halves will have their own respective water and power grids. They will also be asymmetrical in city services and access between the two sides as well as transportation. The map is the Riverrun premade map. The east side will be more of a grid while the west side is going to be better manicured.

Sapphire Rapids has been cancelled. The original save file was overwritten and I had to restart. Instead, I will be making another Grand River map that develops this idea, except both sides will be distinct (no crossover).
