I have put my previous project of Wayne on hold. I have plans for that. I made a lot of mistakes creating it and right now, I find rectifying them a bit painful. I have made some modifications to it: Extending one road, converting main roads to tram, and building a tourist-friendly park system. I have been having difficulty pulling away from a grid system. Looking through C:S YouTube videos gave me inspiration. Czardus' project of Havenbury gave me an idea of how to build a city on a limited budget and starting to plan ahead instead of adding haphazardly. He also gave me inspiration not to worry about open spaces. The end result is the city of San Timoteo.

Here is the founding area. This is based on the "Battery" start that I saw in YouTube. The first sections are based on 60 by 60 grids with the middle 20 by 20 reserved for services and parks. Note the elementary school, fire station, police station, and health clinic in the middle with parks. Thank you Czardus for the inspiration on the parks!

Here is the first high school which is next to the one above.

Here is the starting industrial area. My goal is little to no mining or oil extraction: Forestry and agriculture only.

Here is the Ciudad Rio district. This is a tourist beach district that is inland.

The road is reserved for a motorway when that expands. Development will be limited on there from here on out.
