I am not really sure if "Naval Collapse" is a good title. It doesn't feel like a naval collapse.
What about "Dumping Mineo", since Mineo and his Power Projection Doctrine are being dumped?

Don't think, that Dohihara will fight with only HQ-II divisions ))) Possibly, Dohihara will not fight at all. He is skill 0 Logistical Wizard, not a Speed Enchanter or Attack Sorcerer )))
