Welcome back. I was not here for a long time too.

In 1936 I plan to build nothing )
Maybe some long runs of brigades and infantry

Generally, my plan is to stick to Naval and Tactical Bombers + Escort Fighters and Fighters. Although, I plan to build a pair of transports for paratroopers and supply. And maybe in the 40s I'll start build strategy aviation - for industry bombing in USA or USSR.

Wow, that is a HUGE lack of supplies here! Better lower money production and generate a small surplus of supplies - part of which you'll be able to trade for money/ore/oil with small countries anyway.

+1. Or use money for supplies, but I'm not sure that the ratio is better.
