Sometimes I want to scrap a building because the economic conditions have changed (eg replacing solar panels with wind power)
I try to time this so that the building is close to malfunctioning from lack of repair but sometimes my drones have recently repaired the building and it feels like a waste
I'd like some functionality (maybe ctrl+click on the salvage button?) that has the building run normally until it is malfunctioning (eg from being hit by a dust devil or just from use) and then scraps it for parts so I don't waste repair resources.
