If you do this achievement on normal difficulty and don't mind a little gamey strategy:
After taking AQ (with Samtske and Dulkadir) you can ally the Ottomans and no cb cyprus with the Mamluks as cobelligerents
Peace out the Mamluks for 100 warscore and white peace Cyprus (the Ottos won't get pissed because cobelligerents don't affect trust)

With my run it was enough to attack Dulkadir/Aq Qoyunlu with offering land to the Ottomans. Then take nothing (or like 1 province u really need) but just give Ottoman 2-3 provinces from candar or karaman to get like 20 favor from the ottoman. Which u can use to flat out steamroll mamluks after u sieged down Allepo and the sea borders Otto would like have themselves.
Im almost certain that the picture for the achievement is Saladin from the 2005 movie "Kingdom of Heaven"
If you don't mind me asking, what's the point in doing this? I don't understand what the desired outcome is.
In essence, this allows you to use the Ottomans to destroy the Mamluks and take all the land for yourself without causing a trust loss for the Ottomans even though you promised them land, because the trust/favours gained or lost from promising land only applies to the country you declared war on, not the other participants. I used this in my Mysore campaign where I allied Bahmanis and Orissa and no-CBed Andhra in order to take as much land from Vijayanagar as possible without losing them as allies due to trust loss for not giving land, as I white peaced Andhra later.
I see, it's indeed very gamey. I kinda wish they made trust factors count for cobelligerents as well, seems more realistic.
To do this, they would also have to count giving land in separate peace deals as giving land. Right now it doesn't, so neither should taking it count against you.
There's a "Post your EU4 empires thread" for this exact reason, with other people getting the achievement.

It's tough, because it would have to calculate all the previous peace deals you signed as well. Say if you gave your ally a crap ton of land from a co-belligerent without taking any yourself, and then take all the land for yourself against the warleader; in the separate peace, you'd get a ton of favours from your ally, but when you sign the peace with the warleader should it take those favours away? Should there be a trust hit?
Well u can see in the peace offer screen how people will react. So theres no need to calculate as the game already shows u.
Rum achievement done too. A pity of the border gore on the mamluk side, but didnt feel like attacking a 100 trust ally.
Oh and i did the Egypt achievement before Saladin. Maybe gonna do the Yemen one next.

What was your opener? I was kinda lost trying this last week as I couldn't figure out who to ally to take out AQ/QQ.
Didnt find it and this post was already made anyways.
Just take anyone that wants you and then move in on AQ/QQ when others are fighting them. Or when then get stackwiped by rebels when they are already besieged by someone else. They have a tendency to fight each other. And neighbours really hate each other here so its doable to get Ajam as ally for example.
Try to grab kurdish lands 1st. I took 3 provinces from QQ when they were losing from multiple attacks. And then i could ally with ottoman.
(Other allies are Dulkadir, samtske and Ajam atm.)
Did Good King Rene Achievement instead. Cuz i find colonisation a wee bit boring, so didnt feel like doing the Yemen achievement.
But u might as well say: Good Queen Nadine. Cant remember ever having a 6/6/6.
(Im gonna continue a little and see if i can make Jerusalem a Muslim merchant republic. Its only 1516 anyways.)
