sacrifice to odin=kinslayer?

So i started a rebellion against my uncle. Im in his capital just took it, now im presented with killing him, trying to capture him or sacrificing him to odin. The chance of him escaping to the countryside is 79% unfortunately(dont know why its so high, or how to reduce) so its very hard getting a proper roll here. Anyway my question is, were I to kill him by sacrifice in this way would I get the kinslayer trait? I technically wouldnt be the one to do the deed

Yes if you kill your family in any "known" way you will gain the kinslayer trait.

Does that apply to the war situation I presented though? Ive read that bloat kinslaying doesnt apply to someone who isnt your immediate family, so your son/sibling/parentnon. That was tested on a bloat from the decision menu though, different than now.

If you blot your Uncle (if he is of your dynasty and not by marriage) you will gain the kinslayer trait.

Still being a kinslayer. If I pushed a man into the volcano, I could claim that the lava killed him. Even though my action of pushing said man into the volcano caused the lava to kill him.

That was exactly what I wanted to say with my sentence. It's not important that you are not the one who sacrifice your brother himself... you still were the one who ordered it.
