Gojira would be fun but I wouldn't hold my hopes onto death metal, as it's a genre that many would dislike. At least Sabaton uses clean vocals so even if the music is heavy for some people, vocals aren't so much.

Anyway, the biggest issue with Sabaton is that they kind of suck musically speaking as far as power metal goes

Loving this music pack. Is there a way to copy the music files onto a mobile so I can listen to them on my commute/whilst skiing this winter?
Yes. The tracks are localed in the "Steam\steamapps\common\Europa Universalis IV\dlc\" folder; start looking from the highest numbered ones, probably dlc51.zip? The tracks are in .ogg format, so download an OGG -> MP3 converter (ask Google) unless your mobile can play .ogg format.
