S.P.Q.R achievement issue

Hi everyone.
I have a problem with the S.P.Q.R achievement and the Roman Borders Restored event not firing.

I looked up previous threads on this forum and saw that several users had similar issues and the reason in 99% cases was a lost barony. I checked all the required duchies and even more several times but can't seem to find it... Even went through all countries in the ledger to see if I have any holding CB on them but nothing within the required borders...

I even made a copy of the save and deleted all event flags for conquering roman provinces. After reloading the game, all 14 province events fired instantly but not the Borders Restored one...

The game is ironman with achievements enabled.
I attached the save game file, if anyone could take a look I'd be grateful.

You need to take the duchy of Fezzan in Africa for the borders restored event. Even though it's not required for any of the province events, it's part of the north africa region which you need to fully control for the borders restored event.

That was it! All the maps I saw online didn't mention the Fezzan region and I was starting to doubt my eyesight... Got the event and the achievement, thank you
