silly question, but how did you manage to write on the map? That seems to be wonderful, making it easier when there are seven countries with the same colour.

I don't know. What happened with Sibir? I know the province on the coast there is actually a Russian colony/tp. It's just the same color... oh, and I wrote on it the most ingenius way! "Paint." Neat, huh? ;)

1752-1792: Ryazan's Retaliation

On February 12, 1752, Ryazan decided to put their plan into action. Russia quickly marched into Bogutjar and stole it, but it was quickly taken back by Ryazan. Many skirmishes broke out around the border between Russia and Ryazan, Ryazan winning all of them. A major Ryazan force marched on Donetsk, and another on Moscow. Eventually, they both fell, and Ryazan moved on, to Volgorod and Novgorod. When those fell, on to Astrakhan and Tver. No major Russia forces outside of the fortresses ever challenged them, as province after province shifted to Ryazan control.

After 10 years of war, fatigue started to get the peasants of Ryazan riled up, and revolts were widespread. Ryazan had to stop fighting. They had wanted Volgorod, and Astrakhan, to cut out some of the power of Russia inside Ryazan, and Novgorod for the CoT there. Russia wouldn't submit, so they settled for Volgorod and Astrakhan, leaving Novgorod for other wars. On November 12, 1763, russia accepted peace, ceding those two provinces and 250 ducats.

After looking at the more recent screenshot, I can see that the TP on the coast is Russian... however, there are 5 other provinces around Sibir that are unoccupied territory at the start, but are now Sibir's!!! That means they either got 5 colonists or seized a bunch of Russian or Persian colonies (I don't think Turkey could have put those there); either way, that's a very unusual thing for Sibir to do.

You should annex them for their insolence :D

Those are armies? They have guns now... really big, huge armies! But, they aren't very advanced(I don't think) and that makes them really easy to take a bite out of. No-one messes with Ryazan and gets away with it!

Sibir allied with Persia, and I think Turkey before that, so who knows what's going on there, it wouldn't be too hard to snatch away a couple colonies from Russia, they're always offering them for peace...

Things to look for ---> World War Zero!

1773-1776: Eruption of World War

May 18, 1773. France declares war with the Netherlands.
Ryazan, Netherlands, Norway, Bohemia, Mysore
vs.
France, Venice, Algiers, Genoa, Poland-Lithuania

Ryazan couldn't actually reach any of these countries, though there was one battle between Ryazan and Poland in Azov, but Poland only had 1000 men.

November 9th, 1775.
Genoa, Poland-Lithuania, France, Venice
vs.
Turkey, The Hedjaz, Nubia, Hafsid Empire, Spain, Mughal Empire

December 15, 1775.
Turkey, Spain
vs.
Hanseatic League, England, Sweden, Iroqois.

Also, a war so unimportant there is no date for the declaration, even though Ryazan was in the war, was Bohemia, Netherlands, and Ryazan vs. Saxony.

The entire world was fighting, except for Ryazan, although officially they were.

January 13, 1776, France and the Netherlands signed peaces, Friesen to Netherlands. The next day, they were signing a separate peace with Saxony, taking indemnities. In February, Bohemia signed peace with Saxony, paying indemnities.

The other wars would slowly die out with time.
