Ruusian GDE and LL?

Anyone have the problem of the Lend lease event fires on every reload? In our current Aussie game we had a crash and had to reload 2 weeks later and the event fires again. How many times should it fire in a year?

Also Russian Ground defense efficency modifier..how does it work and what stops it from activating ie no finish war, a russian DOW ?

Not sure of the re-firing of the Lend-Lease event, but it's made so it can fire multiple times (WAD), so could be perfectly normal.

AFAIK, Russians GDE is build up like this:

0.2;
+0.1 if End of Winter War fires);
+0.1 every May 1st, starting in '40;

Becomming 0.8 as soon as GPW-event fires. GPW will fire in 1 - 30 days after a nation DOW's SU. Should SU be the DOW'ing party, GPW will not fire, and SU is dependant on the yearly progress till 0.8 only.

Well it doesnt seen right that we start a session they get a LL...2 weeks later we have to reload they get it on reload and a week later they get it again. 3 times in the space of 3 weeks all on reloads.

As I understand it, if the GPW-event will only reach 0.8 if the End of Winter War fires, without this Russian GDE is permanently capped at 0.7.

Yeap the GDE is all correct what every one here is saying, if you look at the events.

With lend lease there are set events that are not random and occur at certain times. There is one event for both the USSR and UK that is random for LL. This is the one that keeps firing upon reloads. I dont think there is a way to aoid this due to using a non host save to fix other issues. Just have to get the US to say no upon load ups for LL, easy fix.
