IMO it should be larger than it is- historically British had concerns over possible Russian expansion into Afghanistan and further into India, plus in 1863 two Russian fleets visited United States in a show of support for the northern cause (which was actually intended to keep fleets in warm ports for the winter in case of war with France and England). Also, I am unable to have any diplomatic contact with China, which I find to be rather incorrect...
