Why is this happening to me? Is it a known bug? Also all my armies have disappeared...

I have no mod installed, and all major DLCs plus some minor.

Republicanism is very popular these days it seems, except for Japan which is fine with just being a state. Unless someone knows of a bug that suddenly makes every nation into a democracy, I'm betting on one of the three usual options :
1. mod
2. loaded a corrupt save / loaded save from another version
3. toyed with cheats

I wonder if democratic vichy France has a unique name...

Believe mod or cheats are used. If you look, ironman mode is not on..

reason why I ask for his focus tree. But save file will do as well
