Russian Culture

How precisely does it form in this mod? I haven't seen it in the CK+ files, so is it the same as vanilla? (Norse Ruler over Slavic Cultured Lands, organized religion)

It's a melting pot event, requiring an East Slavic ruler in the geographical Russian area to be ruling over a province that is culturally norse or also east slavic but not the same culture.

I'm guessing it won't form at all if I'm a norse ruler over an East Slavic area, I'd need to shift myself to an East Slavic Culture say, Volhynian and ruler over a severian area.

Religion makes no difference either I'm guessing?

Norse would stay norse currently, yes.
