2 things about the southern USSR/Russian map. first, i don't think that Elista should be a desert. I was there 2 weeks ago and it is pretty green and flat. second, the Volzhskiy province should probably be changed since Volzhskiy wasn't founded until the 1950s. Krasnaya Sloboda would be a better name for it.
