Nobody knew who helped orchestrate such, but Iezhov could be seen on posters everywhere when one stepped out of a door, watching with patriotic vigour and yet human concern for those he sought to lead. Finally one week before the election, Iezhov held a massive day long rally in Red Square - a crescendo of light and activity, pure naked power to demonstrate to the people that this man was their only hope.

The plot thickens further with KM supporting Yezhov. And Milites' artwork is incredible as always. I might just give him the election based purely on how awesome it is.

To be honest this election could be easily won if we could snatch votes on the left, without losing votes to the Centre. The Conservatives are losing steam, only a few elitists vote Octobrist, the Kadets have the Middle Class votes, but Russia has a very small Middle Class. The core of Russia are peasants and workers, and those votes we compete for with Yezhov and Bukharin. Yezhov is not a big threat, he talk much and has his loyal followers, but many Leftists consider him a traitor, and the right see him as a Bolshevik. The Mensheviks are alienating their moderate wing by falling under Bukharin's spell. Sure, he is a great deamgogue, but he is taking the Menshevik party down the Syndicalist path, and not all of their followers like that. We must make sure to not alienate our own Left Wing faction, since with their help we can snatch former Menshevik votes, but also keep our Centrist followers happy. We must profile ourself as the party for all Russians. A Party for the People. We're truly the Russian People's Party.
No party will probably get total majority, and when it comes to Coalitions I say we keep our options open, and cooperate with the ones offering us the best deal.

As I seem to be the only one supporting the Union of October 17, I propose an electoral alliance with the conservatives for the possibility of forming a post-election coalition government.
Furthermore, the Octobrists will advocate an enlargement of the army and due advancement to all officers who prove themselves, whilst we also aim to better the lives of the common folk. Thus we will attempt to secure traditional 'red voters' by combining the well known tradition of national unity with the lately successful Russian democratic institution. If the advisor to the army sees this as prudent, we will also make efforts to make Denikin and Markov two great supporters of Russian democracy and a reformed Tsardom.

So far we have:
1. The Army is opposing Blood and Fatherland. Most soldiers expected to vote Conservative or SR while Officers are expected to split between Blood and Fatherland, SR, and Menshevik.
2. Navy, traditionally a more "middle class" branch of the military than the army is likely to see support for the SRs. Officers, similarly as in the Army are expected to split between Blood and Fatherland, SR, and Mensheviks.
3. The SRs are campaigning on their accomplishments of the last 4 years and are eating away at the Conservative base amongst the poor in rural and newly urban areas.
4. Mensheviks have a proven populist politician in Bukharin and his rhetoric alone may sway some cities where the poorer industrial workers are a majority.
5. Yezhov is trying to rouse Russian nationalism, appealing across usual demographic lines to the poor who are proud to be Russian and the upper class who want to see a return of a Great Russia.
6. Octobrists have a shaky alliance with the Conservatives, even though many Conservatives dislike the "democratic" reforms that the Octobrists advocate.

The Social Revolutionary Party promise to continue the fight for democracy and social equality. We support the struggle of the peasants and the workers, but we also support gradual change and Mixed Economic System, with a Market Economy, but a strong State with the ability to intervene. In the spirit of Socialism and Democracy we will build a strong Republican Government Coalition and support industrial growth. We take a strong stance against Tzarism, Syndicalism and Yezhovism. We are the Party for the Workers and the Peasants, but also for the growing Middle Class. We are the party for every Russian that feel democracy is the way forward! We will continue to support the Peasant's rights to land and the Worker's right to a fair salary. We will continue to support the growing cities and promise tax cuts for small businesses. On Foreign Policy we support reunification of all Russians into our republic and a union with the Ukraine and Belarus, our Slavic brethren. Russia also must spread democracy to countries where freedom is supressed by ruthless Dictators, Greedy Aristocrats or the "Syndicalists" spreading their false "Socialism". Syndicalism is no better than Bolshevism. As for Yezhov and his propaganda we only say one thing; Once a Bolshevik, always a Bolshevik!!
