Russia: "Fate of the Peasentry" spam

Just formed Russia, going for "Triple the Rome".
I'm emperor of the HRE, so far so good.

Thing is, every 3 months i get this super fun event "Fate of the Peasentry", 2 options, both result in a stab hit.

There doesn't seem to be a way around thi. Or am I missing something here?

Did you get rid of the nobility with parliament? Just reform for the nobility and let the privilege spawn and switch back. Russian parliament and nobility events is buggy.

After click the Russia empire mission, some mission and event can also somehow soft lock if the parliament and nobility is changed. The ones after imperial ambition. And the switch to western tech thing also not working.
