realisticly speaking in 1.02 when they go democratic they are kept in the defensive alliance and when i dow them after dissolving mine everyone honors theirs and breaks mine ... If i do annex every german state by force I dont get south german culture... Prussia should be able to unify germany fairly easy because thats how it was historicly wise and in game terms its almost impossible to unify it now in mp.

Well, I don't know if it was easy for them, but easier than it was for anyone else, yes.

The thing to keep in mind is that there are a number of events that allows Prussia to take the mantle of Germany. One is the way you had previously suggested (an ahistorical way). Another is the way it happened in real life, which is to choose to go to war in an event that pops up in the 1860s (I think) with Austria, win that war, then choose to go to war with France in the 1870s and capture Paris. That is the only way I've unified Germany. Most of the minors will then join Germany and I do beleive that you get the South German culture as well.

P.S.-- Interesting prophecies in your signature. The Serbian one seems more likely now that the Nationalists are back in power, eh?
