This is wonderful! I'm on vacation now and I have a lot more free time! I'd like to look like that!

Here are the ten technology screen templates. It's done in Paint .NET. You just need to add another layer for the country you want to do. You'll see that there is already multiple layers for different screen backgrounds.
If you need to convert it to .cdr try this converter (not sure how good it is):
