Will I need a stronger computer to run hoi4 than hoi3. Also is the load time for hoi4 any faster than hoi3 as the load time for hoi3 was atrocious.

You can read the system requirements on the storepage on steam. You will need an beefier setup than for HoI III, but if you can run EUIV you can run HoI IV without problems aswell.

If you can run EU4 on your computer, it should be able to handle HOI4 with close to or a little less than the same as EU4 can.
