So. After reading the release notes for the new patch and actually looking into the ruleset tool, it kinda overwhelmed me with all the options.
I've searched the forums, hoping somebody would've posted their ruleset, but unfortunately, there is no such thread.

So, i ask you. Maybe we can make this topic about rulesets, People actually sharing the ruleset they made, along with some info on what it does.

Soon the Steam workshop will be on and everybody can share it there, maps, ruleset, etc.
Of course the forum is a great place to share and discuss the rulesets, but steam workshop will provide a great way to host them.

My ruleset:

Time: 15% (to have real peaks and real intervals, but not have to wait too long for one day)
energy costs of vehicles: 500% (makes it harder to have profitable line)
quality of stops: 1000% (in hope that the people wait longer in off peak time)
capacity of depots: 1000% (so i dont have to care about this)

And: With this rules i dont offer night service between 0:30 AM an d 7:00 AM
Alle vehicles are in depots

others: default.

My current sandbox game has this settings:

Time 33%;
Vehicle Capacity 300% (I rarely have overcrowding even with this setting, so I don't see reasons for higher values, at least in my current city);
Depot capacity 600% (again, enough for my playstyle. I never have more than four lines using a depot, and this gives me enough vehicles to cover peak hours and leave some spare ones);
Population 200%;

Everything else normal.
I'm somewhat fine with it, though passengers seem to lack outside big interchanges.

quality of stops: 1000% (in hope that the people wait longer in off peak time)
Does it work? I fiddled with that a bit, but I didn't see much changes compared to normal, so I turned it back to default.

Which makes lines that are only active from Monday to Friday kinda useless, as there will be people on Friday evening waiting for a bus, even though the schedule clearly says that no vehicle will be arriving till Monday...

Yes, doesn't work. When I give my savegame to a friend. Well the ruleset automatically be included? And what is if he doesn't have the preorder dlc?

I think you will have to give him the ruleset as well, or any ruleset with exactly the same name you used in your game. With the DLCs I guess it will be like in multiplayer if someone has an active DLC and another one not: probably you will see the busses but can't manage them. In fact everybody has always all DLCs on the local computer, but they are either active or not active.
